Dog
An exceptional powerful built dog with a very muscular body. The Bordeaux Dog is an imposing dog, in his might, heavy and harmonious at the same time. Everything from his neck op to his tail points to strength. On the wide head the stop is clearly visible.
The nose is in profile lightly conclave. The nose level depends from the mask black or brown.
The jaws are wide, the teeth extremely strong, the Bordeaux Dog is a under front biter. On the neck runs a crease in two parts to the chest.
The fur is very short. They are monotone mahogany colored brown or yellow in all patterning. The mask is impressive.
Neither the ears nor the tail are cut. Shoulder height up to 68 cm. Weighs at least 50 kg. They do not reach high ages. A 10-year old Bordeaux dog is a rare exeption.
